Thank you for organising our plumbing. We are so happy with our new vanity. It was installed really neatly. I love the way he has covered the strip between the new and the old so it is all white and matches. It looks great. It changes the whole bathroom. High Praise
I took a no water call from a customer on Friday. I spoke to Phil and he organised attendance. When I spoke to the owner to advise that someone would be there soon he told me how impressed he was with the lovely young man who did the installation. He said he was working hard and a very nice young man and he asked me to pass that on to his employer as he said it’s hard to find good workers and they should hang on to him and not let him go. I gather he was so impressed by him he made him a coffee to warm him up as he got very wet during the install. I jokingly said to him that that was high praise given the fact that he had just reported he did not have water and he said that didn't matter, that sometimes these things happen and that regardless of that the young man deserved recognition.Project Administrator (Tas Water)
